Here’s the schedule of events:
This Thursday, Jan 28thfrom 12-5pm CST, my co-hosts and I will be live-tweeting letters we have written to our younger selves. Be sure to follow us on Twitter and search for #TwEatChat to be part of the conversation throughout the day!

In the evening, we’ll be gathering with our special guests for a live reading here in Chicago, where we’ll be tweeting and eating with our live guests and sharing insights from the night, so log in from 7:00 -7:30pm CST for some tweeting on lessons learned. A special thanks to FREE RANGE OFFICE for sponsoring the live portion of the event.
#TwEatChat is an ongoing experiment in connection, connectivity and community. Most importantly, we strive always to enjoy ourselves and to remember how simple it can be to truly connect with each other. Women on the Verge SM GROUP COACHING
Have you got it all planned in your head?
Do you just need a little push to get into motion?
Then consider jumping into a Women on the Verge Coaching Group. Women on the Verge is for anyone interested in defining what happens next for them in their life...for women who are in the midst of transition, transformation...for women who can just taste the change that is around the corner and need that extra push to go there and grab it!
It's coaching that will get you "over the edge" in a way that is positive, exciting, satisfying and successful for you. More importantly, it's coaching that taps into the power of the group to create a space of shared stories, mutual respect and support and also both internally and externally driven action. Praise for Women on the Verge:
"The thought of a series of conference calls being life-affirming did not seem likely. I was unfamiliar and uncertain of the method, but with Carolyn Ou's skillful guidance in a 'Women on the Verge' coaching series, the process was far more helpful than I could have imagined...Several voices on the phone of women of different generations and backgrounds with similar concerns over where to go next. Do we pivot again? Is it okay? Who am I now and am I doing what I should be doing? The answer was YES Yes and Yes...I look forward to signing up for a future coaching series to keep me on target. Thank you Sandbox Consulting!" -- Elise Doody-Jones, 2013 Illinois Women's Institute for Leadership Delegate and Graduate

Praise for the Sandbox Career Series:
I was particularly terrified of re-launching myself in the job market of 2010....So when Carolyn launched her Career Series, I jumped on the opportunity to learn from this natural motivator whose high energy, sense of humor, and vivacity I knew to be catching from prior experience. I needed someone to make me believe it was possible. Nine months later, I have an offer beyond my wildest expectations for a job which I start next week…To anyone who is trying to decide whether the Sandbox Career Series is for you, I’d say IT ABSOLUTELY IS. Whether you are considering a different job, looking for your first job, or re-launching your career the workshop has so much to offer. And Carolyn makes it specific to each person.

I valued the positive outlook on developing my career. Thinking about my strengths and vision was empowering. Talking with family and friends about strengths that I might not see was meaningful. Continuing to refine [messaging about my] strengths, values, and non-negotiables was really helpful. I also appreciated [the] specific advice on communicating my value to potential employers.
